Benetton Method Ltd., commonly referred to merely as Benetton, was a Formula 1 constructor that participated through 1986 to 2001. The team was owned because of the Benetton family who run a worldwide chain of clothing stores from the same name. In 2000 the team was purchased by Renault, but competed as Benetton for your 2000 and 2001 periods. This team was managed simply by Flavio Briatore from 1990 until finally 1997.
